Youth Pride Foundation is about providing a consistent support system for the youth in my community centered around sports.  YPF will provide specific support for the young athletes who want to play at the next level.  We are determined to reach young people in various ways by providing a safe haven regardless of talent level or connection.  I have a unique perspective by raising kids in this community, as I have seen first hand some of the politics that surround our kids.  Those politics often lead to a lack of connection, support, and ultimately self esteem from our youngest athletes.  As a black man and member of this community, I feel it is my responsibility to step up for otherwise unsupported and marginalized youth, regardless of race or ethnicity.  It is my hope to re-instill that sense of PRIDE, commitment, and dedication to our kids who want and need it most.  Youth Pride Foundation is about establishing long lasting, and impactful relationships long past the 7:45-3:30 school day.
